Do you deliver?

Yes, we service all of OKC and are willing to travel outside of Oklahoma!

Are balloons safe for the environment?

We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons. Which can be recycle! As well as mylar foil balloons. Sadly these are not able to be recycle but can be reuse! We use the highest quality balloon available.

Can I leave my balloons outside and expect them to last forever??

No. Balloons do not perform well under the heat. I suggest to keep your balloons out of direct sunlight to be safe. As well the wind in Oklahoma is truly a whole different ballgame!

Disclaimer: I cannot guarantee your balloons will last at all once they have been delivered or picked up. Once delivered, OC Events is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go. If WE pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement.

How soon do I need to order?

The sooner the better, this helps with the design process and we can truly cultivate your design. We would suggest three weeks ahead of event date. Events book within a week will have a rush fee applied.

Do you return to tear down?

Once the event has ended, the taking down of your arrangement is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided at an additional charge. Please mention this when you inquire. If we are returning for a rental we will retrieve that item only.

Do you require a deposit?

We require 50% deposit to reserve your date for the event. This is non refundable but is transferrable up to 60 days from event date.
